Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times and shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process. halftime strives to meet the stated delivery times, but is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
All products are made on demand to avoid overproduction. Delivery can therefore take up to 10 days. These timeframes are non-binding and serve as a guideline only.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Returns and exchanges are not permitted for items that:
(a) have been washed, worn or otherwise used by the customer,
(b) are discounted and marked as such,
(c) are explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Billing is project-based and payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to issue a reminder invoice with 5% interest in the event of late payment.
